MenopauseStage is written and run by one person. There is no contact form and no ticket queue — email reaches us directly.
Replies usually take a few days. This is a side project, not a staffed newsroom.
What we would genuinely like to hear about
Corrections
This is the most useful thing you can send us. If a figure, a mechanism or a guideline reference on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us — ideally with the study or guideline that says otherwise. Substantive corrections are made promptly and noted on the page. Our editorial policy explains how the articles are sourced in the first place.
Something that was unclear
If an article left you more confused than when you arrived, that is a problem with the article. Knowing which part lost you is how it gets fixed.
Your data
Requests to access, correct or delete personal data can be sent to the same address. What we do and do not hold is set out in the privacy policy.
We cannot answer individual medical questions. Please do not email us describing your symptoms and asking what you should do. Tracy Yan is a medical editor, not a licensed clinician, and no one who has not examined you and read your history can answer that responsibly — however reasonable the question is.
Those questions belong with your own doctor or another qualified health professional. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, contact your doctor, go to your nearest emergency department, or call your local emergency number immediately.
Advertising and commercial enquiries
We will read them, but the answer is likely no. We do not accept sponsored posts, guest posts written to place a link, or payment to change what an article concludes. Anything commercial that does appear on this site is disclosed on the page it appears on.
